Kim Gustafson and her staff at Floor Coverings International have been excellent to work with. They took care of the flooring, bathroom updates and the painting of our much needed 26 year old home! As with any construction related project, there were issues and Kim and staff always had solutions. They were knowledgeable and responsive and everyone that worked in our home were always polite and respectful. I would use them again and would recommend them to family and friends!

We had a great experience working with the team at FCI to replace the floors in our house. They were easy to communicate with and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. We would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

We had a great experience working with Mike and his team on our flooring replacement. They were quick to provide us with quotes, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got the job done efficiently. The new flooring looks fantastic, and we really appreciated how easy they made the entire process. We would definitely recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for quality flooring work and great customer service.

I cannot say enough, good things about Michael and his crew and especially Melvin who took such good care of my home and my furnishings when replacing my bedroom with beautiful wood floors. I appreciated that they showed up on time or let me know if there would be a delay of even 15 minutes. The craftsman ship that Melvin did with the installation is not missed by me – – I’m an artist and craftsman myself so he had a high bar that he had to reach. My bedroom was not that large, but they got it done in one day!
