I am giving this review because i am 77 years old and don't usually give reviews but the work their two employees did at my house was so dam good i have to say something. I had carpet installed in my dining room and living room plus hallway. They brought this one hole piece in that had to weigh well over 250 lbs . My living room and dining room was put in in one pice , no seam between them. They ripped out old carpet and padding, strip the floor of debris, sweep floors clean, and took out all the trash. I had two couches, a large hutch, heavy metal rack, and a large side bar cabinet. They moved them out and back. No complaints. Vary courteous and respectful of me and my property. I would really like to give them a rating of 10 stars but it only goes to 5. Thank you for sending your best teem to my house.

I had new carpet installed October 2026 by Floor Coverings International Stow, Oh. The entire process was 5⭐️, from scheduling an appointment for the estimate, making my selection at home from large samples, the warranty and the installation. Also, my beautiful carpet was MADE IN USA Many thanks to the entire team at FCI, Stow. Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Saw the sign and stopped in. I was looking for a red carpet remnant. This store doesn't deal with remnants, only whole rooms. The people were kind.

We recently had new laminate flooring put in our home’s living area and we could not be happier with the job done by all the staff at Floor Coverings International. Our initial inquiry was answered promptly and all of our wants and concerns were discussed at length. Unfortunately when the installers began work they found old asbestos and had to stop. FCI management went well above and beyond by testing the material at their own expense and spent a great deal of unpaid time finding us a local company that would remove the asbestos quickly. After it was removed, FCI installers put in the new floor and we are delighted with the results. Our 70 year old home looks almost new, just with the addition of this floor. The staff, from beginning to end, were professional, Informative, and kept us informed every step of the way. We would 100% recommend them. Jan Wickham

I replaced my living room carpet and engineered hardwood in 2022 with them. I just replaced my bathroom floor with LVT and my bedroom carpet with them. Amazing company to work with! Upfront, fair pricing with 0% financing if needed. Communication is outstanding and the work quality is even better!
