Went through Costco to get this vendor, and I am so happy we did! Travis brought the showroom to our house. We toured the space, had a 10 minute conversation about our goals, and went out to his enormous van. He returned minutes later with the perfect swatches. Travis was fabulous! We placed our order and the carpet was installed today. The crew of four was well experienced, polite, and immaculate in their work. Ambi in the office was also a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend FCI for your flooring needs!

From the start. Mark was very knowledgeable of my families needs for flooring. Helped us from the very beginning. The crew who installed our carpet was so professional and got the job done. Amazing experience with these guys. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Floor Coverings International was exceptional to work with for new flooring throughout the house before moving in. Travis Wilson spent a great deal of time and gave expert advice from his years of experience. He was patient with my comparison shopping and once I decided among the samples he had sent, he recommended waiting for the best crew led by Julie and Mauricio. Very pleased with the quality of their work, the product and the time and care the crew put into this project. Communication was always professional and timely. I enjoyed watching them work so well and their attention to detail. A beautiful job! Thank you FCI.

Rebekah was absolutely wonderful in helping my mom with her new floors. She was incredibly patient and generous with her time. Rebekah took numerous calls from my mom when she was ambivalent or not sure she made the right selection . Rebekah walked her through every detail and made her feel comfortable and confident with her choices. Her kindness, warmth and genuine care made what could have been an overwhelming experience truly enjoyable! Rebekah is a bright light and her dedication to customers is a reflection of her incredible character . She is truly an assets to the company, and I hope she knows how much her thoughtfulness and kindness are appreciated. Thank you, Rebekah, from the bottom of my heart!

The Best Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rebecca at Floor Coverings International! I contacted the company hoping to find flooring that had been discontinued so I could repair an existing floor. Rebecca went above and beyond, spending several weeks reaching out to suppliers and searching until she finally found a box of the flooring I needed! What impressed me just as much was that Rebecca periodically reached out to update me and let me know she was still working on it. She didn’t forget about me or give up when finding the flooring wasn’t easy. Her persistence, communication, and genuine commitment to helping a customer were exceptional. Rebecca is a shining example of what outstanding customer service should look like. Her efforts made such an impression on me that I’ve been telling everyone about my experience. Thanks to Rebecca, I will enthusiastically recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for flooring. She truly went the extra mile, and I am incredibly grateful for her help!

We are so impressed with Floor Coverings International and their entire team! From start to finish, everyone was professional, hardworking, and easy to work with. They did an amazing job replacing the flooring throughout our home, and we couldn’t be happier with how beautiful everything turned out! What really impressed us was how efficiently they worked, they completed the entire project in just 5 days! The team was also very careful and organized, which made the whole process so much easier for us, especially when it came to moving and arranging our heavy furniture back into place. Our new floors completely transformed our home, and we love the fresh, clean look! We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from the entire team. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for beautiful floors and an excellent team! 👏🏼

In Hollywood a perfect script gets 'no notes.' We have no notes for Floor Coverings International. On-time, on-schedule, on-estimate. The work is exemplary, far outpacing our expectations. Good business, good people.
