It all started with Brian, Heather, and Scott who worked hard on the front end to schedule the work. Then Dwanye and his crew made sure the color was a match (clearly that didn’t happen with a previous vendor when we had our stairs done) and treated our home with care. I felt confident in knowing we’d come home and everything would be handled. The process from initial consult to the end result couldn’t have gone better. I hope my review and experience helps others feel confident about contacting Floor Coverings International for their next project.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International! From start to finish the project ran smooth and we were kept updated about what was being done. One great thing about the company is that in addition to flooring they can also paint, install backsplashes and do small handyman jobs - they are your one stop shop! They did all those things for us. It was so nice to just coordinate with one company for all the work we needed done. Heather was so helpful with our interior design questions. Scott - project manager - is simply the best! He answered all our questions on a daily basis and kept the project on track. Before we moved in the home had some water damage happen and who did I call to help me? You guessed it - Floor Coverings International - the team was back within the same week as the damage and they were able to get everything repaired and we were able to move in on time. Over the course of the project we definitely became friends with the team and that is so cool! They are a local Tega Cay business so I know we will see them around town. If you have any flooring, painting or backsplash needs definitely contact them!

We had a wonderful experience with Heather and Brian Hyer! They were incredibly responsive, brought over tons of samples to choose from, and made the entire process so easy. The finished product turned out even better than we expected! We couldn’t be happier with how everything looks and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. Great service and beautiful results!

Jacqueline and I were very pleased with the flooring that was installed in our All Seasons room as well as the paint project that was completed by Brittney. Brian, Heather and their entire team was professional, courteous and on point with the project. We would whole-heartedly recommend them for any flooring project.

The performance of FCI from Tega Cay was exceptional on our recent transition from carpeting to LVP flooring. Arrived on time and was completed well within the timeframe. I have worked many years as a property manager on projects of this type and their performance was superior. Their crew was professional and respected the building and the occupants with due consideration. I would recommend this organization without reservation to anyone wishing to take on a similar project. From selection of the product, layout and preparation of the work - they were great!

We had an amazing experience! The work was top notch, communication was excellent, and overall customer service was great. We will absolutely use them again! Brian and Heather were terrific at our initial consult. They worked with us to plan and were conscious of what we wanted and our budget. They are truly experts and gave us multiple options. Scott did our walkthrough and was a great communicator, as well. The work they did on our existing hardwood and the new flooring they installed look great and we are so happy with the results.

I had such a great experience with this company! everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, and the team was very efficient. I really appreciated how patient they were in answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain in detail how the flooring would be installed. They even brought some samples when they were measuring, so it was nice to see the different options in my own house with the lights and colors in my home. Their communication was always clear, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The quality of the flooring materials is great, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. They truly care about doing a good job and making sure their customers are happy.

Floor Coverings International in Ft Mill/Tega Cay, SC, transformed our guest bathroom floor with a darling, cheery blue and white tile. When we moved in a few months ago, original laminate flooring was the base. It just didn’t go with the other upgrades in our home. Heather, Brian, and Scott skillfully walked us through the design and installation process. The result is a beautiful, new floor for our guests. Love it!
