Russ was wonderful to work with. He listened to our concerns and helped us find the right flooring for our needs. The installation crew worked diligently and get the job finished is 2-days as promised. They also came back and fixed/redid some of the quarter round placements where edges looked unfinished or gaps were present. Overall great experience.

Michael, the Franchise Owner, was great to work with. Within the first few minutes of meeting him and the casual conversation which wasn't all about business and selling a product, I knew this was a company I was interested in working with. He was responsive to questions and did what he said he would do, within the timeline stated. My single complaint is with the installers. Although they did good work, they did not properly cover my belongings with plastic as they were supposed to and when I brought it to their attention, my clothing and furniture already had a layer of dust. And when they finally covered the things, some was still exposed. I’m still dusting. No bueno. That’s the only reason the company does not get 5-stars.

I am so please with my flooring experience with Floor Coverings International. I would recommend them over and over again. Their attention to detail was 5 star. They went above and beyond to make the spaces they worked on look wonderful, and I can't wait to work with them again on another project in the future. Thanks again for making my home feel new.

I had my hardwood floors sanded and stained a year ago and I had been looking for new flooring for the bath, kitchen and office to match. I contacted Floor Coverings International: Michael and Russ came to the house (on time) did measurements and we tried to find a wood grain LVP that would match but it was a no go so we decided to look at tile like LVP. They did not have anything in the van but Russ had some samples mailed to me. I needed to paint those 3 rooms and then Russ ask me how my painting was going I let him know that my son and grandson found some time and put down some LVP for me. Russ did not “ghost me” he said he loved it and it looked great. Both men were very professional and really seem to love the work they do. Even though in the end I did not hire Floor Coverings International to do the work, I wanted to let everyone know how professional the company is.

If I could give ten stars, I would! It’s almost like my beautiful floors are secondary to the excellent customer service from Michael and his team. Michael worked with me to find a match for my existing wood floors - personally bringing several samples to my home until I decided on one. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Through the entire process, I kept telling Michael how impressed I was with his customer service. If you want a completely hassle-free experience, go with Michael and his team. You will not be sorry.

Great people, excellent product! Michael visited our home and guided us with carpet selection and was fully present and helpful throughout the whole process. And, one of his design consultants, Russ, came in just after instillation to help us with our first carpet spot cleaning. They are the real deal! T, C, S
