Linda provided all the info I requested about the product before I made my decision to go with Floor Coverings International Metro vs a different company. The flooring was installed while my dog and I were out of town. Linda kept me updated on the progress, including sending photos of the in-progress project. The floor was not level in one area in particular; in fact there was more than an inch difference. The installer did a great job leveling the floor as much as possible within the confines of transitions between wood flooring and existing tile and carpeted floors. He did an exceptional job installing the flooring with top notch craftsmanship. It is gorgeous! He decided that the transition pieces that came with the flooring were sub-ideal, and handcrafted the transitions between tile floor and carpeted floors. They are beautiful and provide a smooth, non-intrusive transition. I am thrilled with my floors and strongly recommend Linda and her team.

Communication was great all through the process. Linda and Jeff are very personable and friendly and very easy to work with. Very detailed orientated and appreciated their experience and input; especially good at problem solving. Areas that were always carpeted now have laminate flooring, so a whole new beautiful look. New lower pile carpet and a different installation style then previously on the stairs, which look great and safer to walk on. Can't say enough good things about the flooring and carpet installers, all hard and skilled workers. Highly recommend Linda and her crew at Floor Coverings International!

Had an awesome experience, from the first appointment on, my new carpet is very plush, and the price was very competitive, if your needing new carpet or hardwoods, give them a call

I went to Metro Flooring International when I first started looking at floor covering because it was relatively close to my residence. But I felt like I hit the jackpot because the store manager was so friendly and helpful, and I happened to be able to meet Linda, the consultant that same day. Linda is very knowledgeable, provides valuable advice and insight, and has been great to work with. She came to my residence the day of carpet installation to ensure the installer was clear on the direction of the carpet pattern for each room, and returned a few days later to inspect the work and ensure I was satisfied with the installation. I am continuing to work with her on replacing the other flooring in my condo but that project is still in progress.

Best company to work with. Friendly, caring and hard working. Quick to respond and my flooring looks amazing. They all loved my pit. They are not out to gain money but to provide professional and the best product for you and your space.

Working with Linda on the flooring for our lake home remodel was a great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love the new flooring and how using it throughout our entire space opened everything up and made our home feel larger, brighter, and more connected. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, especially choosing a color that complemented the wood walls without matching, which would have overwhelmed the eye. On her recommendation we chose a slightly lighter option for our downstairs bedroom. It turned out even better than the original plan and fits the space perfectly. She also helped me design our mocha wood staircase, now a showcase feature in our home. It adds warmth, character, and an upscale feel that really elevates the space. Linda’s eye for design, problem-solving, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in our remodel. We are so grateful for her help and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

They said it couldn’t be done! My kitchen cabinets had a wonky configuration that prompted other floor companies to say they couldn’t install a floor. Linda of Floor Coverings Intl Metro came up with a creative solution and her husband Jeff executed it to perfection. Linda was also extremely patient and helpful when it came to picking out the perfect floor. The job is beautiful and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Well done!
