I highly recommend FCI! They did excellent work -hardwood and carpet. Ramsey is fully committed to making sure his customers get superior service and that carries through to his team. Cris was very communicative and was an excellent project manager throughout the entire process.

We had a great experience working with Ramsey and his team. They worked so hard and very efficiently for a big project of redoing our carpets. The process of understanding pricing and options was very clear and the customer service, communication, and follow up was thoughtful.

Working with Ramsey at Floor Coverings International was a pleasure. We replaced all the upstairs carpet in our new home and Ramsey made it completely stress-free. He showed up same day, showed us all of our options (navigating technical challenges to accommodate a FaceTime call), and helped us pick out the carpet that is right for our family and lifestyle. From ordering to final inspection, and everything in between, Ramsey kept us informed at every step. The install crew did an excellent job not only with the carpet install, but taking great care in respecting our home. We will definitely be using Floor Coverings International for future flooring needs!

We reached out to Ramsey and his team looking for a consultation. Ramsey was extremely flexible and with a quick turnaround, made time for us to meet on a Friday evening. He showed up on time and walked us through a very detail oriented consultation process. He asked us questions about what we were looking for and customized some samples and looks based on our feedback. He was patient with some of our indecisiveness and was truly a professional. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made what could be a stressful process feel much simpler. Thank you!

I had an outstanding experience with Floor Coverings International of Bowie, MD from start to finish. Ramsey made the initial estimate seamless—he walked me through the entire process clearly and answered every question with patience. When it came to installation, Chris and his crew were prompt, professional, and kept the workspace remarkably tidy throughout the day. The finished floors exceeded my expectations, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I will definitely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in the area! I added a picture, I love my floors. Thank you, Ramsey and Team. Daniel and Cara.

If you’re looking to have flooring done look no further. These guys are top notch from start to finish. Ramsey was prompt to answer and talk when I set up the appointment ask all the questions and was very attentive to my vision and needs for flooring color wise matching and budget. He arrived with many samples and took the time to make sure I got the best product for my home. Chris the job foreman was very accommodating to work around my busy schedule at work and made sure the job was done correctly start to finish. The installation team was also very professional and made sure everything was done correctly and the way I wanted it done. When the left the house was clean and all trash was removed. I’m very happy with my floors!
