Mark and his team are great! Even with an out of their control hiccup when ordering product, they were transparent in everything going on and kept us informed every step of the way. The work they did was exceptional and we couldn’t be happy with the way our new floors turned out. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

I’m so happy that I selected Floor Coverings to do my flooring. I requested a quote off of Facebook and it was a smooth process from beginning to end. It’s always daunting maintaining and updating a home. Mark made it easy. He walked us through all of our options and helped us pick what worked for our budget. I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this company. The installers were phenomenal! They were professional, quick and you can tell they have mastered beautifying homes. The experience was a 10 out of 10!

Mark was very professional from the beginning when he initially came to show us samples of the flooring. He came with the installers on the the the floor was to be installed and a few days later to make sure we were happy with the flooring. Carlos and Ricco were fast , and efficient. They also cleaned up any little messes as they went. I will definitely recommend Floor Covering International .

Floor Coverings International responded quickly to my inquiry for floors for my downstairs. Literally got an estimate the next day, and a reasonable estimate. I did shop around and did call other flooring companies. Floors were done within a 3 week timeframe. Mark was wonderful to work with. The team who installed the floors did a great job. I included some before and after pictures.

I brought in three companies to get a quote for a new office break room floor. The only one who left a great impression was Mark from FCI. He worked with me--even as I complicated the process with internal company nonsense I won't get into here--and delivered the project on time and ahead of schedule. I have no complaints with which to provide FCI for the job they did for us.

We hit a standstill on our floor project. We decided to hire out the rest. We needed things done asap as there was a large hole in our living room floor. They sent an associate out within 30 min of calling. Very friendly people and good folks to do business with.
