I’m so glad we decided to work with Floor Coverings International. They gave us great guidance in the selection of both hard floor and carpeting. Our sales representative was patient with us while we explored different floors and finally made a decision. He was happy to go over different types of flooring, explain where the carpet industry is currently at, pros and cons about different options. He had a very experienced eye about the style of our home and what colors and tones would compliment other fixtures. Communication during the project was always easy. FCI was quick to respond and would either have an answer or were willing to find one. They were thorough in addressing my concerns and questions to a satisfactory solution. It was great that they were able to handle various aspects of the project from arranging a storage pod to providing a reference for a carpenter. The installation crews were very courteous and prompt. They took great care in being respectful inside our home, working diligently, and leaving a clean footprint behind. After completion of the project, our salesman reached out a number of times to ensure that we were loving the new floors. We had one issue with carpeting on a stair. They were very responsive in getting that corrected and bringing about a positive resolution. We had a great experience and we absolutely love the new floors and updated look in our home.

Brett and Tim were really easy to work with and communicated well. The LVP and carpet installers were friendly and did an efficient job and paid attention to detail.

Floor Coverings Int'l was recommended by our real estate agent for our new house purchase. My wife and I used AI to create the living room we always wanted. We provided the picture and a description of what we wanted to our representative. We agreed on an appointment date and he showed up on time at our home with multiple samples that fit our description. Once we chose the carpet was ordered for the living, bedroom and walk in closets. The carpet arrived quickly and we scheduled an install date. Floor Coverings Int'l was super flexible and worked around other vendor schedules to make it work for us. The install was professional and the crew did a great job keeping everything clean and organized. Minimal lift on our part. The results are fantastic. A representative from the company dropped by after the install to ensure everything was up to their standards and ours as well. Highly recommend Floor Coverings Int'l. Dr. Clifford L Green

Floor coverings team were great to work with! The team came out and measured our bathroom, took pictures, and provided a visual sampling of what each option would look like. We chose our favorite, and they scheduled within 2 weeks. The project took about 2.5 days, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Floor Covering Team! 👏👏👍👍

Tim and Baltazar at Floor Coverings International were fantastic to work with! We needed new carpet installed quickly while trying to sell our home, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. They were professional, responsive, and fast, and thanks in part to their great work, we sold our house. We truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend them.
