After moving into our home, we contacted Floor Coverings International to set up a consultation and discuss our needs. Carly, who was our initial point of contact,was very friendly and knowledgeable, and set up an appointment for us to meet with Miguel at our home. When Miguel arrived a few days later, he exceeded our expectations in every way. He answered all of our questions, and presented several remodeling ideas. He even had flooring samples with him for us to view. Ultimately we decided to remove the existing carpet and install engineered hardwood to match what was already laid down in the adjoining rooms. A few days later, the installation crew arrived. They pulled out the old carpet, prepped the floors,and installed the new hardwood expertly. The final result looks great and blends very well with the hallway planks which had been installed several years ago. We would definitely do business with Floor Coverings International in the future.

Usually contractors do not ask, “what is your vision for this project?” However, that was the first thing Shannon asked! I am remodeling my kitchen, there was not a sell’s pitch- there was an extension of my vision for the room! Outstanding service, it felt as we were work together: not me being sold!
