This was the second large project we had Dylan DeLoach with Floor Coverings International do for us. He is very meticulous and did an outstanding job. He communicates daily as to his arrival time and explains what he is doing and anticipated completion time. We highly recommend him and the team at Floor Coverings International.

Steve Tad and his group are great to work with. Floor Coverings International has an awesome selection to choose from, but the best part is the professionalism, courtesy and reliability they show in working with customers. They stand out in these qualities and I recommend them for your flooring needs - new installations, repairs and reliable information about products.

From the sales people to the installers, it was a seamless process. Devon was our installer and did an amazing job. Was super thorough, professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend.

Excellent work and very helpful! They were a one stop shop for my tile needs! I had no idea this company existed and I was having trouble finding tile to match my bedroom. I found these guys on Daltile and called. I spoke with Steve and he was very helpful. He explained they did install too and was happy to help me find the right tile. Dustin came out and provided a quote. He said they provided everything… grout, thin set, etc. With other quotes I received I had to buy all that myself. Frank was the project manager and worked with me on my timeframe and got my tile scheduled quickly. Dylan came out and did the job. He was great. He was professional and kept everything as clean as possible. He took the time to explain everything. I am sure other installers are good too… but ask for Dylan. You won’t be disappointed.

You always have a bit of anticipation when you start a project like this.it's normal. They took very bad situation and made it look better that the original! Better color match. The installation was outstanding. They worked as if it was their own house! Everything including timing and the actual process outstanding!

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International and would highly recommend them! Frank was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He came directly to my home, was very helpful in choosing the flooring, and did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The two installers who came to do the work were also excellent. They did a beautiful job with the installation, were professional and respectful of my home, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The entire process was easy and stress-free, and I’m very happy with how the floors turned out. I would definitely recommend Frank and the team at Floor Coverings International!
