We decided to stay with the carpet we had but FCI was extremely helpful in showing us what was available.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Home Depot would not install commercial carpet with a pad. We needed a pad because the carpet was next to tile. Floor Coverings International was able to secure the pad we wanted, pick up the commercial carpet from Home Depot and then install the commercial carpet we wanted. They were able to lay the carpet perfectly and made an excellent transition between the family room and the sunroom. It could not have been better. We would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone who wants a good job by professional, courteous, hardworking professionals. Susan and Jerry Van Zant

Chafic and his crew were great to work with. Chafic brought samples to our home to choose the color and style. The crew arrived on time, were professional and did an exceptional installation of our hardwood flooring. Transitions are perfect and the hardwood is beautiful

Incredible customer care and flawless installation! This company went above and beyond for my property. They were able to get me on the schedule right away and complete the installation on time with top notch craftsmanship. What blew us away was their commitment to doing the job right. When the installed carpet didn’t quite match the color of my stairs (which weren’t even part of the original quote), they replaced the stair carpet at no extra charge to ensure everything looked seamless. True professionals with old-school integrity.

Chafic at FCI was very responsive and helpful in making decisions regarding the work that we wanted to have them do. They installed new vinyl plank flooring in our bathroom and repaired and refinished our hardwood floors which cover a large portion of our house. The communication was excellent and everything turned out great, we are very satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend them for any flooring needs.

I highly recommend this flooring company. I initially called for restretching of my 2 yr old carpet, and they did an awesome job! Owner Chafic was always available for any questions and so helpful in so many ways. The vinyl flooring came out beautiful. If you want the best call FCI for all your flooring needs.
